We’re hiring skilled CNC Machinists who are ready to bring their experience and craftsmanship to our team. At Header Die & Tool, we rely on talented professionals who can confidently program, set up, and operate CNC machines with precision. With a minimum of 2+ years of CNC machining experience required, we’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in producing high-quality work and contributing to a strong, team-focused shop environment.

- Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Machinist
- Ability to set up, program, and operate CNC lathes
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Perform quality control checks to ensure precise specifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Mazak Lathe Integrex preferred
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Your Role:
- Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce high-quality components
- Program machines using Mazatrol
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functionality
- Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to minimize downtime
- Adhere to safety and quality standards
- Maintain detailed records of production and maintenance activities

Your Role:
- Design, fabricate, and repair precision tools, dies, and fixtures as per specifications
- Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with tools and machinery
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, modifications, and maintenance activities
- Promote and adhere to high standards of housekeeping and safety protocols
- Contribute to a clean and organized work environment
Physical Demands:
- Stand for extended periods of time, bend, and reach for tools, file, and other supplies
- Use hands to handle, control, and feel objects tools, and controls for extended periods of time
- Make repetitive motions for extended periods of time; and talk and hear
